Grand Affair is the dam of Unlimited (by Unfold). Watch for her exceptional A Fine Romance filly "Extravagant" starting in 2003.

- 2003 Reserve Champion Pre-Green Hunter at Indio
- 2002 USAE National Champion, International Hunter Futurity West Grand Champion, multiple best young horse championships
- 2001 Third USAE National Horse of the Year 2 year old Hunter Breeding, Champion PA Bred Blue Rock, Reserve Best Young horse Blue Rock, wins too many to name. Also winning on the West Coast.
- 2000 Devon Horse Show Champion PA Bred Horse as a yearling, Reserve Best Young Horse St. Christopher's, Blue Rock, and Middlesex, only shown 6 times was still 6th in the nation
- 1999 Champion Low Hunter and Pre-Greens Old Salem, Ox Ridge etc.
- 1998 Undefeated 27 shows 27 wins, AHSA National Reserve Champion, Devon Horse Show winner non TB 3 year olds, Upperville Horse Show winner non TB 3 year olds, and non TB broodmares, made history!, Middleburg Classic winner 3 year olds, and broodmare class, International Hunter Futurity East Coast: Champion three year old filly, Class winner at: Devon, Upperville, Middleburg Classic, IHF, Capital Challenge, Sussex, Middlesex, St.Christopher's, Blue Rock, Snowbird, Devon Horses and Pony, Ashley Meadows, Our Farm, Offington, etc.
